App experiences frequent log-offs, requests nonexistent updates, repetitively asks for personal info, lacks time-saving features like calendar sync, requires separate logins for each gym location, and doesn't sync with Google Calendar.

The app needs serious work. The tour to showcase how to use the app is only available in French and not in English. I can't understand why there isn't an option to choose. I have given multiple clients discount codes for their training, it shows them the discounted rate yet charges them full price without the discount code. Clients have chosen biweekly payment options and it has signed them up for monthly payments instead and vice versa. Very, very frustrating app/software to use.

You cannot sign in if you don't have your password. There is no "can't remember password" option.
